Greedy buyers.com

October 6 is one of the most memorable day in the history of online retailers, yes the day of Big Billion Day” sale on Flipkart surely is a day that would go down the history for taking a big leap in online retail business.  I unfortunately did not get a change to visit the site that day,  but the next day when I checked Twitter;  Flipkart was trending for all negative reasons and then Facebook was newsfeed except articles, posts, open letters, memes, accusations flung into Flipkart’s face telling them how they’ve let us down..  Then the next day comes a mail from Flip kart asking for an apology and giving out reasons for why it was not great success.
So I just analyzed what went wrong, when my friend said that things were getting sold out in seconds, some said I could not access the site at all, some said the prices were varying a lot and blah-blah.
My response is Mr. Bansal do you think any ordinary guy would understand what the hell is a server? Then why give this technically loaded jargons in an apology letter? But one thing that we should credit this guys for setting up a company with about 6000 people if not more, which is experiencing unprecedented growth in the last few years and trust me it’s extremely difficult to lead a company when thousands are joining your team with loads of aspiration and dreams. These guys are doing a commendable job.
Then come people talking about how Flipkart is a homegrown product/service and that they had faith in it, and now it’s gone and it’s a Flipkart.con, some say it’s just not there cup to tea to make it big etc. That’s absurd and very discouraging. They have their back against the wall. Amazon is trying to take over the market, they’re putting in money like crazy just trying to compete. Instead of helping Flipkart out, at this crucial stage, when they just wanted to try something new, take a plunge, you’re going to criticise, because all you people out there can handle 6000(approx) people working for you. Because all you people out there can manage servers (and know what a server is) and I’m sure every one of you has the guts to do something as massive as this even though the stakes, the risks, and the investment are so high.
Can we people in India stop trying to get a freebie, seriously we are so used to getting things for free that it has become part of our DNA to seek for free things and brazenly ask for unthinkable discounts. Mistakes are made by the biggest and the best. (Remember JC penny in US? Or Kodak?)
It’s great to see Amazon and Flipkart battling it out, and to be honest I’m rooting for Flip kart. Amazon is good, best, wonderful all the best adjectives you want please add. But you know what, Flipkart has bigger B***. Yes they certainly have guts to digest failure which none of the guys who made fun of them have and this includes me.  Amazon just has tons of money and nothing new or hot.
Yes they screwed up, but its ok, next time they won’t. I am sure they will learn their lessons.
I don’t work for Flipkart, nor am I being paid for this. But I am sick and tired of hearing about this for so many days. You’re a bunch of ungrateful people who just want free shit. And that’s the reason when the sale started you couldn’t get anything, because other people like you bought it first. And so fast, that it was over.
We Indians are such shameless people who will bargain for 1 Rs. with a vegetable vendor but will not mind leaving a 50 Rs. bill as tip in a restaurant after eating food which was cooked two days back. We are ungrateful shameless people living in this country who don’t appreciate that there are people far better and far smarter, taking bigger risks than you, and sure they’ve failed but they TRIED. I’m sure half of you can’t even text your crush (I am one of them). Or couldn’t even tell your parents you loved someone so instead settled for an arranged marriage. Pathetic.
These guys took on Amazon, and they’re battling it out every day. I’m a nobody, but I say that we get over it and fucking help them. Give them a change because they deserve it. Because I want these guys to succeed. Mistakes are made, forgiving them is what counts. They didn’t really cheat you, you were greedy, and didn’t want to pay.
GET OVER IT. HONESTLY. GET OVER IT.
To Bansal brothers, don’t screw up again. This game isn’t for people who aren’t prepared. You worried Jeff Bezos was shitting in his pants so much that he had to fly to India a few days ago. And I like that. I love to see these American CEO’s running around to with their d*** in hands. And stop giving us lecture on how great America is.
But get your act together, I am giving you another chance because I want to. And because I know that I could never do what you guys are doing and I respect that.

But for god’s sake spend the extra money on a double spread ad next time. Those Snapdeal guys had you by the balls. You were almost there. Get back in the game, let’s see round two.
You aren’t fully forgiven, you’re being permitted to sing me love songs and get me back to buying shit from you. So tread cautiously.
There will not be a next time after this. Take risks. But delay taking those risks even if there is a minor chance of error. Fix those errors. Every bug should be stress tested. Fuck those servers up during testing. You’re dealing with a “Greedy Fucking Nation”.
Btw, can the country now get back on track and worry about the government, women’s rights, racism, and other more important things.
One mismanagement of a sale has gotten people to ignore these important matters yet again.
Humanity is screwed and forgotten by people easily and that is the problem.

Pakistan suffers from Attention deficiency syndrome.

Pakistan got a rude shock yesterday when there were told that talks will be called off if they continue to talk with the separatist, this stand shook the Pakistan foreign office which was taking advantage of previous Government’s lackluster and appeasing attitude, Pakistan has been pursuing a policy to create disturbances in Jammu & Kashmir in tandem with local separatists groups. However, with a new Government at the Centre with absolute majority under Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the stand of India is quite clear- don’t mess around with me, Its not going to be business as usual, The NDA Government has made it clear to Pakistan that it will have to choose either India or the Kashmiri separatists. Even after the Indian High Commissioner’s warning, when Pakistan continued its dubious policy on Kashmiri separatists, the Government of India rightly called-off scheduled bilateral talks in Islamabad on August 26.
This sudden shocker has given fodder to many blabbering mouths in Indian media and of course the congress. As usual Media has got its facts and priorities wrong, some desperately want the talk to go on even if it costs our jawan’s life or that coward Haffez sayeed keeps spewing venom against India. Congress on the other hand was shouting through the roof that why doesn’t Modi speak up? Why is he going soft on Pakistan and by evening when the meeting was called off they started singing another tune that this government has no Pakistan centric policy and this was a knee jerk reaction; this complete U turn is quite expected from them but the Irony is they giving the government sermon on how to deal with Pakistan is laughable. At least after analyzing how they surrendered India’s interest in Sharm-el-sheikh, calling former Pakistan PM Raja Pervaiz Ashraf  a man of peace right after Mumbai blasts this sums up how Congress or UPA dealt with Pakistan or what their foreign policy was. Now since PM has made his intentions clear that he means business with any of his neighbors and a warning signal that you better take him and India seriously this has set a positive precedent as far as Nepal and Bhutan is concerned which is good news but question is how do you deal with your neighbors in East and West i.e. Pakistan and Bangladesh? Do we seriously have a policy in place? Where do we want this relation to go? We can’t use a carrot and stick policy with them forever.
Let’s analyse how one can deal with Pakistan. So to deal with your enemy you need to understand there mindset and what their actual intention is, so let’s go back to history for a while and understand why there is so much deep rooted hatred between India and Pakistan, it goes back to the Mr. Jinnah who wanted a separate state for Muslims because he could never be the PM of United India and he ganged up with Nehru and introduced two nation theory, where he was successful in getting Pakistan or to call Islamic state. All said that said and done this whole partition left a never healing wound on India where scores of people were forced to leave Pakistan overnight and millions were butchered, women raped and forced to convert and this was Jinnah’s idea of true secularism where they did not allow a minority (Hindus in Pakistan were in minority on 1947). Then they were not just content with Pakistan but also wanted to expand their influence to India and started creating trouble in Kashmir, then later on Kashmir joined India and we fought a war and as we all know rest is history. Now if you think that Kashmir is the root cause of all issues you are wrong, let’s assume we give away Kashmir enmity will never end. That is because Pakistan has declared itself as a Islamic State which is born for Islam and its sole purpose is to defend Islam and defeat Hindu State i.e. India (again one more proof that they are a secular state). If you have this mindset, you won't accept peace. Peace means defeat in the Pakistani scheme of things. Every
India-Pakistan negotiation that ends up ceding some ground to our western neighbor will, in fact, embolden it to seek even more. The matter will never end till the Pakistanis themselves abandon the ideology of a religion-based state (especially a religion-based state that is also setting itself up in opposition to the idea of India.) But that
realization is some decades away. (Now if you think I have cooked up this story or being biased against Islam then please check Google and see what Taliban said in a TV interview few years back; that India is a unfinished Job)  And then read this brilliant interview of Christine Fair  where she says "Pakistan is an ideological state. The Kashmir issue is not causal, it's symptomatic. If there were to be any kind of negotiation on Kashmir that gives up any inch of territory, it is not going to fix the situation." So there cannot be anything more clear indication than this, so whenever you see “Aman Ki Aashaa” and other bull shit that the liberals say on prime time TV debates, just shut down the TV it’s not going to yield any results.

The other propaganda that these liberals keep spreading is that people of Pakistan want peace but the Army does not want peace; how intelligent? In 68 years it was last year that Pakistan has finally had a democratic government that lasted a full term otherwise it was only ruled under Marshal laws; so Democracy to Pakistan is like Latin and Greek they just cannot accept Democracy (look at other Islamic states none of them have a stable Democratic govt. Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, all are going through a turbulent phase) It’s always been the Army/ISI which has called the shots and will always do, Christine Fair found that jihad is central to the Pakistani army's strategic culture: "The use of jihad is a way to make it seem as if everything the Pakistani army does is
Islamically justified." If jihad is the army's policy, it is the policy of the Pakistani state too. Hence, any resolution to India-Pak conflict means Civilian government will start calling the shots and Army will start losing its importance or may be forced to fall in line.
Yes, there are some people other side who want peace but do they have any representation?  If you go towards Northern Punjab the hub of Jihadi you see the civilians hate India more than the army these is where most of the terrorist are recruited. And come down south to Punjab province where the most of the army staff is recruited and the rest of Pakistan has its own conflict of survival.
Also, one important point I would like to make is in PoK the majority is of Muslim population is Shias and Pakistan is a Sunni majority so if Pakistan get Kashmir then again we will see these shias driven out of the valley.

If we accept this reality, we need to have our own counter-strategy to deal with an illogical Pakistan that is not driven by common motives of a nation-state. Whether to hold talks or not has to be part of strategy but we will talk on our terms should be the strategy, we should keep our other options open like strengthening partnership with our neighbors like Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and China and try and alienate Pakistan in the region. Build our defense capability and be prepaid to fight on both the front that is Chinese side and Pakistan side. Expose the Pakistani double standards on all levels and in all major events be it UN, WTO, SAARC, Common wealth Nations etc. But the most important point is to Keep the Baluchistan issue burning because Baluchistan for Pakistan is like what Kashmir is to India so we get even when there is fire on both ends. Post American forces exit from Afghanistan is an important time period because Taliban will now start moving east i.e. towards India and we need to be prepaid for that as well, so our relationship with Afghanistan is going to be very critical in coming years. As Christine Fair notes, Pakistan is setting up a “civilizational” conflict with India, and such conflicts are not short-term ones. This means we should forget about a deal on Kashmir whatsoever. Fair herself dismisses ideas of a “grand bargain” on Kashmir as “rubbish.”
We need a 100 year strategy to counter Pakistan, not an on-off response mechanism to Pakistani provocations.

What the Modi government should do is not follow the carrot and stick policy and theatrical gestures and focus on long-term strategy with respect to Pakistan. Because; they have Attention deficiency syndrome.

Lion Roars From Red Fort.

Let me start this blog by wishing all readers a very Happy Independence day.
In today’s blog I will analyse Modi’s Independence Day speech.
In what can be described as one of the best Independence Day speech in our recent history. After seeing a decade of a puppet PM on a string, hiding behind a glass box (I still wonder why MMS use to deliver a speech from the bullet proof bracket. Who the hell on this earth with sane mind would ever even try to assassin MMS) and reading in reverse from Urdu texts we have a Prime Minister who talks from the heart and talks extempore.in the It has always been a favorite, almost obsessive pastime of India to show its politicians a mirror which reveals their ugly face — corrupt, incompetent and self-serving. Now, finally, a politician has shown India a mirror which reveals an almost equally ugly face — disrespecting of women, filthy and totally self-serving. It needed someone with the confidence of a Narendra Modi to admonish a constantly self-pitying citizenry or allow me to be blunt; we are hypocrites of the highest levels.
The fact is that both India's rulers and its ruled had got used to living in a political economy of entitlements. The dynasts for long believed that they had a right to be the ruling class. In turn, they would provide entitlements to the impoverished masses — from free food to free schooling to doles. It might well have been a cosy and functional arrangement, except that the rulers failed to adequately deliver the promised entitlements to the citizenry. The voters obliged the "entitled" rulers with their votes, but got little in return. They had every right to be angry and show their leaders a mirror. The rulers could never, not with any legitimacy anyway, admonish the citizens for their many failings. In his I-Day speech these are the problems in govt. that Modi talked about that there are governments within the govt. that are operating at cross purposes. Predictably, the pessimistic ones from the media and, of course, the Congress couldn’t see anything positive about Modi’s speech, his vision or his attention to key issues that touch the lives of people. They are used to grandiose bull shit like “Garibi Hatao” or “Aam Aadmi” non-sense.
Clearly, Modi wants to change the entrenched relationship between the ruler and the ruled. He is uniquely positioned to do so. He was never "entitled" to rule. If anything, he was always considered unfit to rule by the entrenched ruling class (which would have been happy with any mainstream alternative to Modi within the BJP). He has risen to the top overcoming several obstacles, many of which involved reforming his own personality and attitude. Modi has little patience for a citizenry which expects the government to spoon feed it. He will simply not allow all of India's failures to be placed at the door of his government. Society and individuals will have to share the blame for failure, while also sharing the credit for success. It is only natural that even in a speech of nearly an hour, no one can touch upon all the issues that concern India. Therefore, the right thing to do would be to talk about what he did say. And Modi did touch upon many issues from toilets to sons being more responsible to avoid crimes. He talked about cleanliness and hygiene. These are things that affect every citizen. He talked mostly about things that are clearly within the control of each citizen which does not take rocket science to do. He talked to the “people” directly and not to the usual “Durbaris” and useless “Pundits” to seek any applause from them.
One of the most important slogans from the speech that impressed me is “Make in India”.
Let’s analyse the history of Indian Manufacturing carefully. The US is a genius when it comes to “branding” and marketing. Ask a kid to name 10 famous brands from the US, I am sure anyone would be able to recall them. Google, Apple, McDonalds etc. Electronics in the US are invariably made in Taiwan or even in China. Now try naming 10 Indian brands internationally known. Can we? Given our resources and population we could have been a manufacturing giant without sacrificing our advantages in other sectors. A dramatic upward change in our industrial manufacturing output is inevitable and a must for our economic growth. The Chinese are no good at branding or marketing but they have become the manufacturing hub for the world and at rock bottom prices. No one understands this better than Narendra Modi who comes from the highly industrialised state of Gujarat.

The reason why we have failed to realise our potential as a manufacturing giant it is solely due to the Communist policies of the Congress.  There is no difference between Congress and the Communist who have kept people poor, uneducated, unskilled and unemployable. Modi stresses on skills and that is absolutely a must for us to become a manufacturing giant and also self-employment at the individual level. The new govt has already initiated steps for labour-law reforms which are essential for the manufacturing investment and growth. A dramatic growth in manufacturing also brings along with it a huge R&D set-up and the continuous process of innovation and value addition.
Second important point is women empowerment, and crimes against women.
The world’s largest democracy has a most pathetic record of highest crimes against women; in todays day and time when technology is used to save people’s life we Indians use to identify the sex of the child and then abort it. Now, the government has talked about reservation for women, women’s force etc. But can women's empowerment be the job of the state alone? No, society must play ball. Nobody can argue against the fact that the law and order machinery has to be overhauled to ensure that crimes against women are prevented and prosecuted more efficiently than now. But can the law and order machinery alone eliminate violence against women? It will always be tough for any law enforcement to prevent female foeticide. Modi is on the right track by demanding that the people at large also take responsibility for progressive change.

While he listed out many things which includes; sanitation, village modernization, highways, broadband connectivity and many more. What Modi has done is drawn an excellent picture of India, Implementation is what is key to India’s problem.

Why Mr. Nawaz Sharif is not so shareef”.

As it is now confirmed that Nawaz Sharif would be attending Modi’s oath taking ceremony on Monday, it might sound a good move or gesture on Modi’s behalf to reach out to Pakistani counterpart along with other SAARC nations. But why did it take Mr. Sharif so much time to accept the invitation that to for just a ceremony? Let me analyse it for you.
It’s a no brainer that the Pakistan Government runs in the shadow of Pakistani Army and ISI, the PM more or less is just a puppet of the Army. Since independence, it was in 2013 when there Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf completed its 5 year term as elected government for the first time! Thanks to Pressure from US and other allies of western world which cautioned the Army from interfering with the Govt. That is success rate of Pakistani Democracy. Coming to Mr. Sharif in specific he was the PM twice before getting elected last year, but unfortunately he could not complete his full term in office even once. Both the times he was unceremoniously booted out of office by the army in 1993 by General Abdul Vahied Kakar and by General Musharaf in 1999. In 1997, Sharif and his Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N) won a landslide victory in the elections, defeating Benazir Bhutto and her People's party. Commenting on his victory, the Pakistan media and the people of Pakistan hoped that Sharif would provide a conservative but a stable government benefit for Pakistan as he promised earlier. Besides Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, no other leader, in the history of Pakistan, has enjoyed his level of popularity, and received the exclusive mandate from all over the Pakistan to improve the all over conditions in Pakistan at same time.
By now you could conclude how bad the situation of Democracy in Pakistan is. Mr. Sharif during his election speeches made the same old rhetoric of having friendly relations with India, resolving the Kashmir Issue, Siachen issue, Sir Creek etc. He also offered to support India as Most Favored Nation in the UN. This all might sound music to Indian and Indian media who are having orgasm’s thinking of India-Pakistan will finally forget the past and be friends again. Quite laughable and ridiculous to say so, here it is why Mr. Sharif is not a free agent as far as India is concerned. There is a brutal veto in the form of Pakistani generals, despite his big announcements on normalizing ties with India during the election campaign; Sharif really can't act without the intervention of the military. It’s the ISI and Army which calls the shots from Islamabad. So no matter what the civilians think of relations with India, Pakistani Army, ISI, religions fundamentals like LeT will never like Pakistan to have good relations with India for decades to come, this you can take it in writing from me. Some of the reasons why India and Pakistan can never be in good relations are.
  1. First and most important thing to understand is Mr. Sharif is no angel; he was the same man who gave thumbs up to Kargil in 1999. Which, obviously he would deny now and shift the blame to Mr. Musharaf. Also, his brother who is the CM of Punjab state has close ties with Taliban and LeT, So please tread carefully with Pakistan because the snake is lurking in the grass and waiting to strike on any chance it gets.
  2. As I said previously that the Army and ISI are the real government of Pakistan, they are so power full that they could give Osama-bin-laden shelter in Abbott bad and the government did not even have news about it. Pakistani Army is such a rouge organisation that just can’t digest the fact that civil government wants to have normal ties with India hence it employees the so called non-state actors like Jamat ul dawa or LeT to sponsor terror in India and sabotage the entire peace process with Pakistan.
  3. Any normal relations with India mean Army and ISI is out of Business, that is the reason why even before Mr. Sharif was about to accept the invitation by Modi they sent terrorist to strike at Indian Diplomatic Office in Heart, Afghanistan. It was a warning from Army to Mr. Sharif about the consequences if he accepts the Invitation. In other words they reminded Mr. Sharif what General Musharaf did to him in 1999 when he was tried to build good relations with India, this did not go well with the Army and three months later Kargil happened and the rest as you know is history. Where Mr. Sharif’s government was thrown out and general Musharaf took over Pakistan. So, If Mr. Sharif wants to come to Delhi he must ensure that he has got his return ticket “confirmed” back to Islamabad and not travel on a “waiting list ticket”
  4. The China factor: As China grows its Economic, and Military influence over the Asian region it’s inevitable to observe how it would react to the growing bilateral ties between India and Pakistan. China is averse to see India’s economic growth and its influence over south Asian countries, because China’s aim is to be world number 1 and the only two countries which are capable to stop it is America and china. In the past decade we have seen that china has been warming up to Pakistan but in turn gave a tough time to Indian establishment on its north east borders and in South China Sea where ONGC was exploring oil. It has also not lost a single opportunity to make friends with our neighbors be it Sri Lanka, Maldives, Thailand, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Tibet. We have had very strained relations with all these countries in the past decade, the only friends we had were Thailand where they managed to stage a coup, and they are trying very hard meddle with Japan in south china sea over a small group of Islands. In other words we can say that we have shot in our own foot by holding on to our ego rather than extending a hand of friendship with our neighbors. China would certainly not be impressed if India and Pak move ahead.

There are Waziristan, Baluchistan, and the biggest of them is Afghanistan, what happens when US withdraws its troops from there in 2015? There are endless topics which are tinkering in the peace process between India and Pakistan which are sown by the Pakistani Army and ISI, no doubt the civilians want to have better relations with India but the question is will Mr. Sharif have the spine to say army and ISI to stay away.

Mr. Modi deal cautiously with Mr. Not So Sharif.

Mission 272+ accomplished.

16 May 2014 will go down as a momentous Victory Day in India's history. The day the nation broke its shackles and attained deliverance from the corrupt, communal and colonial UPA government headed by the Italian branch of the Nehru-Gandhi family, which has bled our country by several thousands of crores during the last decade. This has been the mother of all victories, stunning the Congress into a deathly silence. With their miserable tally of 44 seats, they cannot even aspire to lead the Opposition. Such was the pathetic performance by congress that the entire cabinet of Mr. Manmohan Sing lost all their seats and some even their deposits, those outstanding performers who lost there deposits were Salman Khurshid, Karti Chidumbarum. Adding to woes of congress even AAP there subsidiary and it’s leader “Shree 420” or “AK 49” as Modi fondly calls him also could not come to his masters rescue, winning just 4 seats outside Delhi and losing deposits in 423 seats. Not to forget its also a defeat of the gossip mongers of 160+ club in BJP, it’s time that they simply surrender to the mighty and fall in line. This is not just a victory of a tea seller or a politically nobody but a victory of ever commoner who was again and again insulted by the congress and its ministers who went on to the extent of saying “poverty is a state of mind” to “you need just 12 rupees to feed your stomach” to “calling Osamaji” and visiting the house of terrorist in UP. This is the victory of the suppressed, abused, forgotten, and most importantly the anger of the countrymen.
From those two seats in 1984 to 282 in 2014, the BJP has indeed come a long way. The Narender Modi wave or Tsunami whatever you would like to call was so huge that it has sweeped the entire North India sparing J&K, one surprise result which sent shock waves thorough out the secular brigade was UP and Bihar, what a splendid performance 73 and 31 respectively. But, mind you, unlike 1984, no riot, not even a minor communal skirmish, has framed the Modi mandate. No attempt was made to whip up religious passions. The singular focus was on ~vikas~, though, the non-BJP parties, in sheer desperation, did try to inject the communal and caste card in the latter stages of the campaign, but, happily, all in vain. Modi, more than his party, had hard-sold himself as the harbinger of development. That alone would explain the depth and breadth of the BJP victory. Aspiration India identified with him like it did with no other leader before, with the sole exception perhaps of Indira Gandhi in 1971. In 1984 the BJP was reduced to two seats, the Congress Party has ended up with its lowest ever tally in 2014. A mere 45 seats in the Lok Sabha may have put in jeopardy its status as the recognized opposition party as well. The joke going around on twitter and other social media is that “time has take a full circle; from struggling to stitch an coalition for forming a government to now get a status of opposition” Since, by all accounts, this spectacular defeat was self-made, you would imagine that the party would do some serious introspection, an honest appraisal of the humiliating loss, a dispassionate post-mortem of Vote 2014. But all of this is conspicuous for its absence.
Instead, you see the usual attempt to shift the blame from the high command to everyone else, well when was the last time the Gandhi were blamed for defeat? As usual it’s the Congress culture to credit the victories to Gandhi’s, but blame everyone else for defeat and a crude attempt to accuse the winners for having stolen the mandate on false pretexts, or even a barely veiled attempt to blame the voters for succumbing to the alleged money power of the Mody campaign. If money alone could win elections, the Congress was assured of permanence in power not just in Delhi but throughout the country. For, who can match the vast riches of the Congress families? Ironically, such ill-gotten riches have contributed immensely to the fall of the party to the status of an also-ran in the latest poll. Corruption, after all, was a significant factor in the huge drubbing of the Congress, though consumer inflation was the single-most important reason.
The UPA ensured the unity of their coalition through their adharma of corruption. By allocating spheres of corruption to each constituent, they ensured their continuity, confident also that religious division and vote banks that they engineered would blot out their plunder at the next election. They couldn't have been more misguided. The entire nation rejoices and salutes India's new Prime Minister, Narender Modi, who after a tireless and grueling campaign of almost two years has received an unprecedented, historic mandate from the people of India to lead our country.
I must also congratulate all the volunteers of mission 272+, the scores of youngsters who right from the start have consistently supported Narender Modi for Prime Ministership. And it has happened just as we forecast and hoped, and Narender Modi will be Prime Minister of the country, despite the hatred, calumny and lies that was disseminated about him in the most diabolical and calculated manner. But he fought them all and won.

Wednesday 30 April 2014

For India to survive congress must die!

I remember watching Mahabharata when I was a kid, in the battle field Bhishma was appointed as the commander-in-chief of the Kaurawas army.  The reason being that Karna had humiliated Draupadi and disrespected his guru Parshuram, Bhishma refused to take him in the Kaurawas army.  He secretly knew of Karana’s lineage and hence did not want him to fight his own brother. Only after Bhishma fell on the eleventh day did Karna enter the war. Again in the war Karna did another shameful act of killing Abhimanyu with the kaurawas when he was injured and had no weapons to defend himself
If you are wondering how it is related to the congress, Kaurawas here is represented by Congress in modern times. For all the sins and abuse of power especially in the last 10 years has brought them to a point where they have no choice but jump off the cliff. On April 26, at various rallies, Sonia Gandhi was screaming and wailing “Desh ko bachao, Desh ko bachao”. And if that wasn’t effective she added “Hey Bhagwan; is model se desh ko bachao” (referring to the Gujarat model). When her stooges in Times Now, CNN IBN, NDTV, and others fail, who is going to save you? Of course it’s God? (Amusing that Imam Bhukari could not be of much help for her) Here again she has failed to understand the problem. Here, I would like to get the best example of recent times Kodak, once a pioneer in manufacturing cameras, and photo films came crashing down and now tasted dust why? Because they just did not acknowledge the change, when competitors like Nikon and Canon had started making digital cameras and Sony started selling mobile phones with camera. Same is the story here, The Congress, under Sonia Gandhi, was too arrogant to read the signs. They thought they will never be challenged this way; not by a Desi Chaiwallah. This arrogance is part of the Congress DNA. Jawaharlal Nehru did not estimate the Chinese would attack India. Nehru had inflicted the greatest disease India ever suffered from: Communism. You see, Nehru never trusted Indians possessing any skill, creativity or enterprise. He believed in the “Mai Baap” culture where govt did everything and the wretched citizens were lucky to get some share of the bread for which they should be grateful. So no matter how bad their performance, no matter how many the scams, no matter how much they disrespect people’s intelligence, the Gandhi’s and Mrs. Vadra believe they have a divine right to power.
Post-Independence these Nehru-Gandhi just carbon copied what British did embrace slavery but in Mai-Baap form, and their own form of “Gareebi Model” Since the poor and Illiterate in rural India only heard of these two thugs they just believed in all the lies they preached. What Nehru did was squeezed the agriculture and wanted the state to run the factories, what Indira did was Nationalisation of bank’s and took away lands from Zamindaars with the intention of distributing it among poor failed miserably and only the Congress MP,MLA got their part of this flesh and as usual the poor was left in the lurch. Now what has Sonia done is opened up the coffers for the worst kind of social programs what remains constant in these 60 odd years of there is rule is the poor still remains poor and there “Gareebi Model” is designed around these poor who will never ever crawl into middle class. Since, the writing is clear on the wall; come May 16 NDA led by BJP and Narender Modi will move into 7 Race course road ending the decade of decay. Seeing eminent defeat in the elections  the congress has come up with yet another “Gareebi Model” called Priyanka Gandhi, alias Priyanka Vadra, alias Priyanka Gandhi Vadra.
Rahul G failed, so Sonia G steps in with a 3 minute whining appeal on TV. She doesn’t seem to cut much ice so in steps Mrs. Priyanka Vadra, wife of India’s biggest land-scammer Robert Vadra. He is the “national Damaad”. Vadra has built his empire of land banks, hospitality and air services business with a mere capital of 1 lakh in a matter of a couple of years. Let’s first look at the collective hypocrisy of this Gandhi-Vadra family. Incidentally, Mrs. Vadra grandly told the media once that she wants to be called “Mrs. Vadra” and not “Gandhi”. But I guess that was before she was required to campaign for her family and extend the “Gandhi” model because many innocent villagers still think these “thug” Gandhi’s are descendants of Mahatma Gandhi. Here are Rahul G and Mrs. Vadra who are different persons in different situations. Rahul G does photo-ops with villagers and laborers. He eats at Dalit houses for lipstick while his real life is totally different:

Out of 10 Years in power and elected as MP from Amethi this retard has just showed his face here for 144 days and just over 40% attendance in Parliament and “0” debates and only 2 questions asked. Whenever there is a disaster or challenge the nation faces this retard either is partying with his friends (26/11 Mumbai attacks), or off to Spain (Utharakhand tragedy). Here Narender Modi correctly nails these crooks during elections, the Gandhi’s start chanting “Gareeb, gareeb, gareeb, gareeb…” The Gareeb have long held the Gandhi’s as gods. Sonia Gandhi and her dumb son and daughter have taken this stupid model to a new level. In addition, they have another member, Robert Vadra, who the BJP calls “Ghotale ka badshah” (King of scams). And this king of scams is also exempted from security checks at airports and other places. How can we trust such a person not to smuggle stuff? Here’s another model of hypocrisy; a “Barsati Mendak” model:  let talk about “Gareebi Model” in Amethi. They seem to have invented a new model of toilets must be quite airy in there!

Mrs. Vadra calls this holy land and the Model which is developed by their ansisters, after watching this pictures no one can desbelive her theory. But the question here is that she being a Congress member and campaigns is fine but in all her life Mrs Vadra is not known to have done a single thing for Amethi or India. She just finds some sarees during elections to campaign like an “Indian”. Sits with a women in a dirty place just to show how caring is she is, incidentally the cameras find her here but not when she is partying with glass of wine in her hand.

They keep trashing the “Gujarat model” as evil only meant for the rich and Modi is favoring crony capitalism. But they forget their own “2G Raja Model”, “Marxis-Aircel Model”.  They do it with a generous dose of LIES which the media parrots then sing over and over again. Even when Modi has stated clearly that the Gujarat model cannot be fully adapted to the whole country, the Gandhi’s lie about he making such a claim. It’s the first time in Indian history that governance and development have received priority in elections. Modi’s simple model is “Sabka saath, Sabka vikas”. And the truth is that the Gujarat model is being applauded by most people who recognize it. In absence of any performance that they can market to voters, the Gandhi-Vadra clan peddles endless LIES and now plays VICTIMS. They cite fake land issues in Gujarat when the biggest land-scammer of India, Robert Vadra, is within the family. There is no Congress model. The only model they have is the “Gareebi Model” Keep them poor for their entire life and then give them “Gareebi Toffee” during elections. Going back to the Mahabharata, as the war entered its 11th day karna entered the battle and On the seventeenth day, Karna defeated the pandava brothers Sahadeva and Yudhisthira in battle but spared their lives. Later, Karna resumed duelling with Arjuna. During their duel, Karana’s chariot wheel got stuck in the mud and Karna asked for a pause. Krishna reminded Arjuna about Karana’s ruthlessness unto Abhimanyu while he was similarly left without chariot and weapons. Hearing his son's fate, Arjuna shot his arrow and decapitated Karna. Before the day's battle, Karana’s sacred armor ('Kavacha') and earrings ('Kundala') were taken as alms by Lord Indra when asked for, which resulted in his death by Arjun’s arrows. And Kaurawas defeat was eminent. With the same logic “India to survive, Congress must die”.

My Open Letter To The Next Prime Minister.

As we are headed towards the elections to elect our new “Prime Minister”,  The freshly elected Prime Minister of the 16th Lok Sabha will face the unenviable task of dismantling the failed administrative systems and destructive economic policies that have choked India’s progress over the last decade. Redraft our foreign policy, Fiscal responsibility, discard the outdated institutions like the Planning commission and do away with the 5 year plans. Time has come when policy and decisions taken need to be made more transparent and people centric. India has been plagued by corruption, red tape, inaction, poor infrastructure, overcrowded transport system, unhygienic cities and roads full of pot holes. Borders are extremely venerable to intrusion; soldiers are poorly paid and looked upon. Communism has destroyed the whole economy. Freebies and doles have become the only parameter of helping the poor, 100 days of employment and 30 kg’s of food grains seem to be the new social indicator of progress. Where your caste decides which university, which job or who gets promoted rather than your merit, experience and competency. Performance would be judged on how many freebies or waivers could be squeezed out of the tax-payers sweaty brow. ‘Accountability’ became a dirty-word that no one cared to utter.
Mr. Prime Minister it’s time has come when India needs to regain its lost glory, rightfully earn its lost respect in the world. National interest is put above personal interest, People deserve better life, equal opportunities, caste and religions based reservations needs to be shunted out and only the economically backward people should be the beneficiary of reservation. Justice in India has always been delayed and compromised, poor people don’t have the resources to fight cases in courts and courts don’t have infrastructure, and resources to dismiss the cases in a timely manner. Rich get away with little or no punishments and poor is left hapless and frustrated with the slow pace of delivery of justice system. Below are some issues that need’s urgent attention and be addressed on a high priority.
1.      Justice system. Any civilized society can sustain itself only when there are proper laws and a proper implementing system.  Each year the disposal of cases in the High Courts has been lesser than the number of cases instituted. There are a total of just 34 high courts in India and Judge Strength of the High Court’s today stands at “903 (this is approved number of judges and includes permanent and additional judges) and 1/3 of them are vacant. Supreme Court has just 31 sanctioned judges. Now imagine how can this number dispose 32 million cases pending?
·         India is said to be overly regulated country and lest administered, this has to change.  The PM could also setup a time-bound committee to suggest which laws have become redundant and need to be struck off our statute books. The focus needs to be on implementing the existing laws rather than creating more rules that no one respects.
·         Fast-action courts dealing exclusively with crimes against women need to be setup in every district under the direct supervision of the High Court of that region. Guerrilla courts of the khap-panchayat variety should be banned and no legal sanctity should be given to them. At least we will be spared by morons like Arvin Kejriwal’s endorsement of these khaps.

2.      Economic Reforms:  It is generally persuaded that reforms mean everything and anything in the economy needs to be privatized and handed over to the private party, which is not true. Government has no business to be in business but it has every business to see that these businesses are run  The PM and the new Finance Minister must put in place a single-window business approval system to hasten industrial growth and to cut out bureaucratic red-tape. The alleged extra-constitutional taxes that the environment ministry levied to approve large-scale infrastructure projects, if true, was a shameful example as to how individual greed and ineptitude cost thousands of jobs in the poorest regions of India.
·         India also needs a simplified tax-code that supports small and large business owners and encourages much needed foreign investment. Taxes like retrospective need to done away with it, it was a single reason that has made investors run away from India.
·         Please, please get back Arun Shourie. This veteran disinvestment guru can help redirect precious tax-payers funds to more critical pursuits; He has got the acumen and is competent to handle this ministry.
·         PM should back his officers and stand behind them rock sold for all the decisions taken by them. It is often criticized that the current UPA lacks spine to support its chief secretaries because of which they just refuse to sign any key documents which has stalled many projects and investments and many of the decisions landed in court battles and retired officers are put in jail because that minister just does not support his officers.

3.      Rebuild infrastructure: PM must identify the key projects and declare them as national projects and hire the best technocrats to implement them. One such project should be river linking project, the dream project of our beloved leader Shri “Atal Vajpayee”. This project can prove water to the most draught prone areas of Western India and central India. It is also shameful that our farmers in places like Vidarbha continue to suffer because of avoidable droughts and poorly developed irrigation canals. Unfortunately, India continues to have its fair share of misguided celebrity activists like Medha Patkar and Arundhati Roy who revel in stone-walling critical infrastructure projects at the cost of farmer’s lives and it’s not surprising that these anti-nationalist are have all ganged up to form the AAP party and further penetrate there socialist ideas.
National Highways: one of the greatest achievements of NDA Govt. was building the “Golden Quadrilateral” which was not only built in a record time but was a key in bridging the gap between the four metro cities. Now it’s time to build railways on same lines.
Other such project was “Pradhan Mantri Gramin Sadak Yojna” which built thousands of kilometers of roads to connect villages to towns and towns to cities. Emphasis must be laid to review such projects and open the roads of prosperity to the remotest of regions of country.
·         It is a crying shame that India is the only country which runs, funds public transport such as Airways and Railways no other country is this business. What is more ironic is that in spite of being into a monopoly business railways incurs crores of losses and has the highest number of employees on roll and equal number of pensioners and to mention the rampant corruption that prevails from buying of tickets to offering tenders to construct bridges. Time is ripe to divest stake in railways and open it to the private players.
·         There is tremendous scope to bring in private enterprise into the operational functioning of the railways to improve safety, efficiency and comfort. The thousands of railway platforms across the country, if harnessed properly, could generate thousands of crores of rupees which could easily be used to build world-class express and bullet trains.

4.      Internal Security: When the terrorist struck the twin towers of world trade center in USA in 2011 the then president of USA said that it’s a strike on the Americans and we will take revenge. And they waged the biggest war on terrorism. Such was their commitment that they intercepted the telephone calls of their own citizens and strip searched anyone suspicious irrespective of their name, nationality, designation. Which some of our Indians find offending and below their dignity to be searched (remember Sharukh Khan and Azam Khan’s theatrics when they were searched they started throwing tantrums at New York Airport)
·         Nexalites crisis: The new PM must recognize that the Nexalites have taken to violence out of sheer disgruntlement at the failed economic policies that have their roots in Nehru’s failed economic experiment.
·         The Maoists/Naxalites are the children of extreme poverty who must be reintegrated into the mainstream by providing them genuine opportunities to better their lot. Brute military force may fix the symptoms but will not cure the disease.
·         People of the socially backward regions need to be included in the economic growth; the tribal should be properly rehabilitated and compensated before taking their land and resources.

5.      Educational Reforms:  In the below Facebook post of our HR Minister claiming to spent thousands of crores of rupees on education and bringing in Right to Education which he wants to claim as revolutionary, but he conveniently forgets that it had only more repelling effect on our education system.  (He does not even respond to my post)

The new PM needs to acknowledge that our government run schools are among the worst in the world. Even the poorest of our citizens prefer to use their meagre resources to send their children to privately run schools that offer a marginally higher quality of education. A brilliant way to resolve this crisis is by introducing a ‘voucher’ based school system. By allowing private players to setup schools and compete for ‘payment-vouchers’ given to families by the government, there will be an automatic incentive for these private entities to provide the best quality of education. Government funded schools could be gradually phased out.

6.      The world socialist should be deleted from our constitution:  socialism it has no value or palace in today’s time. No other nation spends billions of rupees paid by tax payers on doles and freebies and leaky schemes. Govt. job to provide avenues and a fair and just environment and to give social security for people who want to live in safe and cushioned environment.
·         No modern democracy in the world can continue to turn a blind eye to the perverse forces of a communist ideology. The new PM must show grit and stand by the stated ‘democratic’ objective outlined in our constitution and firmly deny any place whatsoever to the evil Marxist-communist ideology, be it even in the garb of a ‘political-party.’ States like West Bengal and Kerala continue to remain the poorest and most backward regions of India because of the communist stranglehold that has only produced misery and death at the cost of merit and enterprise.

These are just a few ideas that the new PM might want to consider while dealing with the accumulated failures of the last decade. I would urge my readers to post their suggestions in the comments below. Democracy runs on the engine of consensus, when enlightened citizens come together and demand accountability from their leaders.

Yo Yo Kejriwal so honest!

"Shri 420" Arvind Kejriwal is in Mumbai. Sir since you have already declared Gujarat undeveloped and severely criticized Narender Modi for not giving you time now will you please ask your parent company Congress CM Prithvi Raj Chauhan some basic questions?
  1. What has Maharashtra government done on the farmer's suicide? It has officially admitted to a rising farm suicide rate that saw, on an average, more than three farmers taking their own lives every day in the financial year 2012-13 and a total of 1,166 have died. Read this for more information Link
  2. Who has actual beneficiary of the farm loan waiver of 52,000 crore relief package? Read this for more information Link
  3.  Why is that sugarcane farmers in Gujarat is getting 2,750 per ton Vs 2,650 in MH and 2,400 in UP? Why are all the sugarcane mills in MH owned only by politicians? Why are all cooperative sugar mills banks highest debt and bad loans? And these loans only lent to kith and kin’s of politicians? Link
  4. Coming to your favorite topic of power/electricity. why is MH power starved? there is 8 to 10 hours of load shedding in almost all the districts in MH compared to 24 hours 3 phase power in Gujarat.
  5. Has the Congress even initiated any process to look into the scam of faulty bullet proof jackets? or are you waiting for another Kasab to show how good is our police force to protect us? Link
  6. Are women in Maharashtra safe? When it has earned the dubious title of second rape capital of India with a record of 1,704 rapes alone in year 2012? Link
  7. What has stopped the Governor of Maharashtra from allowing CBI to investigate Ashok Chavan in the Adarsh Housing Scam? Irony dies a million deaths when the same government fools the people with schemes like “Rajiv Awaas Yojna” promising slums dwellers a pakka house. When they did no shame in taking away flats meant for the martyred soldiers in kargil wars. Link
  8. Ask the secular CM why where there 1,192 communal riots during 1998-2008 alone? Killing over 1,000 people? Link
  9.  Why has Maharashtra Government highest debt with a staggering Rs. 171663 crore debt as of 2008-09? This figure comes from a pro-development Govt. of UPA Ministry of finance. Link
Sir, since you are a great Economist, Expert in Stats, Finance, you have great secular credentials, you are pro farmer/aam admi, where you needed 2 days of nautanki to prove that Gujarat is least developed. Please spend some hours asking the above questions to the CM of Maharashtra.

Have a happy trip!!

Hakim Salman Khurshid's Lab For Potency!!

This week our external minister just displayed the kind of mind-set which can only appreciated and nurtured by the congress. He made a distasteful and an condemnable statement by calling the PM nominee of BJP “Nipunsak” i.e. an impotent. Must say that Congress has displayed remarkable graciousness in in its public discourse unlike anybody else!! I wonder if Rahul Gandhi realizes what these statements by Salman Khurshid, Mani Shankar Aiyar are doing to Congress' chances. It's almost sabotage. This gutter mouth minister claims to be a law graduate from Oxford. Wonder why did he go to Oxford? If he had to speak such nonsense, Lovely Professional University would've been enough. Save money too.
Before I tear into this hakim baba let me take you back into history. The UPA started with Natwar Singh in 2004 (no one remember him now), He was one of the family faithful and Nehruvian commissar, He was the external minister even during Rajiv & Indira Gandhi’s time. He was shunted out by congress following a controversy over his alleged involvement in the United Nations Iraqi Oil scandal. The Independent Inquiry Committee under Paul Volcker had reported on October 27, 2005 that he and his son Jagat Singh were non-contractual beneficiaries of the Oil for Food Programme. His son is now a BJP MLA in Rajasthan. Later Pranab Mukherjee held the job briefly but let everybody know his heart was not in it. Then comes S.M. Krishna, who did the undoable and unforgettable, first for India’s diplomacy by picking up the Portuguese foreign minister’s speech at the UN General Assembly and continuing to read it until a distraught Hardeep Puri (then our ambassador to the UN and now in the BJP) nudged and saved him and us from further embarrassment. But in the first place Krishna was not given the job because he was most suited for it. It was offered to him only to keep him out of Karnataka. Between rebuilding the party in that crucial state and leading India’s foreign policy, just shows the Congress parties and its priorities on international affairs. Then come’s this hakim baba Salman Khurshid. After the UP debacle, it seems he wanted to leave the cabinet and help Rahul Gandhi with party work and the prime minister wanted a law minister of his choosing. The most convenient thing was to move Khurshid from law to external affairs. Again nations interest was compromised just accommodate a sulking and reluctant minister. On such profound considerations were the members of the UPA’s were chosen. It must be our funniest government ever. The way Sonia sidelined the prime minister and kicking its nobodies upstairs to the most exalted decision-making body of all. Until recently many may not even be conscious that he is our external affairs minister, and not a sex and virility specialist. He has ably carried forward his predecessor S.M. Krishna’s tradition of reducing this to the office of India’s chief consular officer, who competes for airtime with the ministry’s spokesman any time an Indian student is beaten up in Australia or a maid dares to complain against her boss in an Indian mission.

Mr. Khurshid now please let the nation know who is an impotent. Just by felling the tremors of Narender Modi’s arrival you start formulating a third front, secular front, federal front and what not you call him an impotent? Mr. Khurshid let me explain you who are impotent. Impotent is one who steals grants & money meant for physically challenged and special people. An impotent government is yours under whose nose Pakistan’s army comes and beheads our soldiers and you offer biryani and kebabs in return. An impotent government like yours offers citizenship to illegal migrants from Bangladesh just because they will vote for you. Impotent government is yours which does not even raise its voice when China comes and takes clam over Arunachal when Sri Lankan navy kills our fishermen and you fail to secure them. An impotent government like yours sends two convicted Italian marines back to their country because they want to celebrate Christmas and then they later refuse to come back. It’s only when the Supreme Court and Dr. Subramanian Swami intervention that they came back. Till then the government was left helpless and red faced. Mr. Khurshid impotent is your government which in the last 10 years was responsible for pillage of Indian Economy and which did nothing to avoid it, impotency is when the young men and women are jobless and all you do is offer lullabies’ to them. Impotent is one who has the worst record in providing safety to women. Delhi is called the rape capital in case you don’t know. Impotency is when you feed terrorist like Kasab and Afzal guru for years hang them just before the assembly elections. Impotent is your government which wants to bring in bills to sabotage and muscle the social media because you don’t have the spine to tolerate criticism. Mr. Khurshid why don’t you prove your potency by asking your Vice President to take on Modi directly? How do you justify your potency by dividing the state of Andhra Pradesh just before elections?  Why doesn’t Rahul Gandhi come to Andhra Pradesh for campaigning? An impotent government is one who harasses honest bureaucrats like Ashok Khemka and Durga Nagpal because they have taken over your Presidents Son in laws un-law full activities?
Mr. Khurshid just being an Oxford graduate does not make one potent or impotent. You just proved that commonsense does not necessarily come along with a degree from Oxford. Potency lies in civility, in your language, and your conduct. Let there be some dignity in the way you take on opponents, just by calling names and medical reports you don’t become potent.

Frankly speaking: It’s total non-sense!

There were questions on this Rahul Gandhi interview and there were answers but I am still searching for a connection between the two. Probably this is how Arnab and the viewers felt after the interview got over.

The 500 crore mega budget set aside to change his image has only dented it further. The Japanese ad firm must be wondering that they completely fucked themselves just for the greed of 500 crore and might need an image makeover consultant themselves post 2014 elections! Unfortunately or fortunately we have seen two kinds of people in the congress one that does not open his mouth and the other when he opens speaks only rubbish and crap. Anyways jokes apart (well there are a lot more down the article) let’s get into what Mr. Gandhi had to say.
In his first proper one-on-one TV interview that has taken ten years to come, Rahul Gandhi did little to change his image as a politician who appears to be sincere – but not-so-sincere if you scratch the surface. Despite being vice president and heir apparent of the grand old party, the Shehzada continued to pretend to be an outsider to the "system" as if the system wasn't made and formed by his party and his family, or as if his party hasn't been presided over “the system” for the last ten years.
In the one hour interview Rahul Gandhi kept using only empowerment, RTI, MNREGA. He said the word "youth" several times and the word “women” even more frequently. He was just lost, had no answers to defend himself or his party. Question where asked on all the issues from 1984 riots to recent election results and all his answers were blunt, inaccurate, and made no sense. Look at some of his answers below
Do you feel overwhelmed by loss, by defeat, because you’ve had quite a few of late? How have you dealt with it?
...I’m here because I want to help use the energy of this country. I want to make this country powerful... I think there are basically three things one needs to do. One is change the way we do politics — getting away from superficialities, from small issues...look at things like RTI, Lokpal, how we choose candidates. Second is empowering women...and third is using the energy of the youth of this country, bringing in jobs they need...I don’t go into an election thinking if we lose it’s the end of the world. We lose some elections, we win some elections. The real thing is that it’s a heart thing. It’s a soul thing... I’m sitting here because I feel with all my heart we need to change the system here...
Will you have a debate with Narender Modi if he agrees...?
I’m debating these issues by building structures in Congress... You have to start that debate. As far as I’m concerned, the debate is taking place.
Have you made any sense out of these answers? If you did hats off to you! Moving on For all his claims of empowering the people, deepening democracy and his criticism of the Bharatiya Janata Party for centralising power in the figure of Narender Modi, however, Gandhi kept on talking the same old rhetoric about the Green Revolution to the Right to Information law, MNREGA, etc Rahul’s response to all those charges was simply to duck and recite homilies about empowering women. He tried to set himself up as the outsider when in fact he is the prince, not the pauper. He failed to tell what the voters want to know? What his party's government did when it was rewarded with a second term in 2009. Gandhi’s best reply was that the Congress introduced the Lokpal, and other anti-corruption and transparency bills pending in Parliament. But these measures were too little too late, and they were the result of a popular agitation led by Arvind Kejriwal. Gandhi’s bullet points on having built more highways than the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance and having fostered fast economic growth stood in contrast to his poor answers on why action hadn’t been taken against corrupt officials from the Congress.
Gandhi went on and on about changing the system. This has been his motif for the last few weeks. By his own admission, he's been copying the Aam Aadmi Party. But when Gandhi says he wants to "unleash the power of... women", he does not realise he is still following the top-down model of governance. In Gandhi's worldview, he will empower we the people. By contrast, the Aam Aadmi Party says it represents the people who want to empower themselves. (The BJP says it wants to get rid the country of a party which is run by a family that decides in its wisdom that it must empower the people.)
Gandhi's claims of empowering the people, democratising the system and bringing transparency would actually have some substance if he was able to walk the talk. When asked about whether the Congress would form an alliance with the convicted Lalu Prasad Yadav in Bihar for the May elections, Gandhi blamed the "seniors" in the party for that decision. He says:
Lalu Prasad was convicted on September 30, 2013, in the fodder scam case. Will you still enter into a political arrangement with him? Will you make that compromise?
These decisions of the Congress are made by senior leaders.
You are the boss.

Our alliance in Bihar is with a party, not an individual. It’s not certain we are going to make an alliance, we are in process of talking to people and our alliance is within idea, with a party, not an individual.
His hypocrisy is exposed here, given that he is the second-most-senior office bearer of the Congress. Similarly on the corruption charges against Himachal Pradesh chief minister Virbhadra Singh and former Maharashtra Congressman Ashok Chavan, Gandhi wasn't able to show that he means what he says. He also said that youth will be given more opportunity but look at the irony on the very same day his party nominated to the Rajya Sabha Motilal Vohra, a politician born in 1928 it must have died a million deaths. I also was amused on why were question relating to Rober Vadera not asked? This is the problem with congress there double speak and double standard they want to take the credit for the good but don’t want to be blamed for the bad.
Being fare to him one thing full credit goes to him for at least opened up to the media and tried to answer direct answers one particular answer that I liked is
You will win the election?
Yeah, I will win the election.
And if you don’t win do you take full responsibility for it?
If we don’t win, I am the VP of the party. Of course I will take responsibility for it.
Throughout the interview he did not make eye contacts with Arnab, his shoulders where dropping, he looked tensed, fumbling on his thoughts, poorly prepaid for the interview in what could have really made a impact on the people if he was more sensible and used some brains  in tackling the questions. In the end after some 100 questions, the nation got to know many things from Rahul Gandhi. It’s just that most of them were not answers to questions Arnab asked.

Frankly speaking: it was a total non-sense!
